- Sports Physical Paperwork required for participation in athletics will be completed online through FinalForms. No handwritten paperwork will be submitted to the office WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE PHYSICAL EXAMINATION FORM COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY YOUR PHYSICIAN/HEALTHCARE PROVIDER (but this also may be uploaded and submitted electronically through FinalForms).
- Game sponsorships are available for home athletic contests. Sponsorships are $50/game for football and boys basketball, and $25/game for volleyball, wrestling, girls basketball, soccer, baseball, and softball. Sponsorship includes 1/3 front page ad and full back page ad in the individual game program.
- All-Sport Pass order forms are available here. Individuals can earn all-sports passes by volunteering to take tickets at home athletic events.
- Adult Pass - work 10 events
- Student/Senior Pass - work 5 events
- Family Pass - work 25 events
